Prayers For Today

Are you struggling with what words to use when praying? Our Prayers for Today will help you to express yourself to Jesus. Each prayer we have prepared is meant as a guide. We encourage you to substitute what we have prepared into your own words. God looks at the sincerity of the heart while praying. If it is too hard to substitute the words and you pray with a sincere heart the Lord will hear you. It is up to God in His infinite wisdom in how He answers you.

When Feeling Depressed Sample Prayer

Lord Jesus I am grateful for how You walked on the earth. Thank you for the life You lived and the many times You encouraged the people around You. Lord I ask that You would bring encouragement and support into my life as well. Help me to trust in You. Lord I acknowledge Your unconditional love and faithfulness to my life. I pray You will strengthen my body. Lord please lift the heaviness I am feeling. Help me to trust and lean on the support of the friends You have granted to me. Thank you for listening to my prayer Lord Jesus. Amen
