Prayers For Today

Are you struggling with what words to use when praying? Our Prayers for Today will help you to express yourself to Jesus. Each prayer we have prepared is meant as a guide. We encourage you to substitute what we have prepared into your own words. God looks at the sincerity of the heart while praying. If it is too hard to substitute the words and you pray with a sincere heart the Lord will hear you. It is up to God in His infinite wisdom in how He answers you.

Thank You For Good Friday Sample Prayer

Dear Jesus, We are very grateful for your cross. Especially this being Good Friday. We know of the love You have lavished on us. Jesus in dying You overcame death, Hell and the grave. We pray that as You renew our minds and refine us through Your love that we would be mindful of Your work in our lives. Jesus we are ever grateful for the cross. We desire more than 'get out of Hell' insurance in our salvation. Help us to submit to You. Help us to cherish our time with You. Thank you for the obedience You followed by suffering death on the cross. Jesus help us to proclaim Your resurrection in our lives and our actions. We pray these many things in your most holy name Jesus. Amen
