Question: The man Jesus talked about in the Good Samaritan was stripped of his raiment, wounded and left half dead by ...
- Inhabitants Of Judea
- Jealous Men
In Luke 10:30 Jesus tells how thieves attacked the man from Jerusalem leaving him for death. This verse is one example of how Jesus knew His purpose in bridging our sinful lives with His sacrifical death so we may have eternal life. Similar to the man from Jerusalem Jesus was beaten and then hung on a cross for death even though He was innocent.
Based on Luke 10:25-37, Luke 18:31 and Luke 19:28.
